President – David Berry
Vice President of the International Trucking and Logistics, Swift Transportation - Dave is the past chairman of the Truckload Carriers Association which is the national truckload industry trade association and serves on the board and executive committee of the American Trucking Association. He is a founding member of the EPA SmartWay program, and has served on numerous boards and task force dealing with air quality and transportation issues.
Vice-President/Treasurer – Mayor Jackie Meck, Town of Buckeye
- Mayor Meck is the retired general manager of the Buckeye Water Conservation and Drainage District. Mayor Meck currently serves on the board of directors for Maricopa Association of Government (MAG) and on the Maricopa Association of Government (MAG) Transportation Policy Committee
Vice-President – Mayor Anthony Smith. City of Maricopa
– Mayor Smith is a board-member on the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) and on the Central Arizona Regional Economic Development Foundation (CAREDF). Mayor Smith is the owner and founding principal of Pinnacle West Consulting, LLC , a project management consultant firm.
Vice-President – Robert Jackson, City of Casa Grande
Mayor Jackson Retired as the City of Casa Grande as Public Works Director in 2002. In addition to serving on many other boards and advisory bodies, Mayor Jackson is also a Board member of the Highway Expansion Loan Program (HELP), the ADOT advisory board that oversees a comprehensive loan and financial assistance program for eligible highway projects in Arizona
Vice-President – John Restrepo John is Principal of RCG Economics LLC (RCG). RCG is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and was founded in 1997. John has analyzed regional economic, demographic and real estate trends in a number of markets, including Nevada, Arizona, California, Texas and the Southeast United States. John was the 2008 President of the Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Association and currently serves as a Board member of NAIOP-Southern Nevada. John is the Chairman of the Nevada Economic Forum and also serves on the Board of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
Executive Director – Tom Skancke
Tom is founder and owner of the Skancke Company, a consulting firm specializing in strategic positioning, corporate image campaigns, crisis management and high-level strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies.
Tom has spent a majority of the past 15 years focusing on major transportation infrastructure projects throughout the West. Tom served on the National Surface Transportation Policy and Revenue Study Commission. In 2006 Arizona State University president, Michael Crow, appointed Tom to the North American Center for Transborder Studies. In 1999 former Governor Kenny Guinn appointed Tom to the CANAMEX Corridor Coalition where he served for 6 years and served as chair for 3 years.
